1. Independent Contractor Status
The Rider acts as an independent delivery partner and is not an employee of Mr Deliver. The Rider manages their own working schedule and delivery operations.
2. Compensation & Commission Model
Delivery fees are calculated based on order distance. Mr Deliver deducts a 20% platform commission on the total delivery fee, and the remaining 80% is credited directly as the Rider's net earnings.
3. Safety, Liability & Losses
The Rider is solely responsible for their personal safety, vehicle, phone, and belongings. Mr Deliver is strictly NOT liable for any theft, robbery, loss of property, road accidents, personal injuries, or traffic violations occurring during or outside delivery service. The Rider must possess a valid CNIC, driving license, and registered vehicle.
4. Food Handling, Hygiene & Equipment
The Rider agrees to handle orders carefully, maintain cleanliness, and deliver food safely without tampering with food packaging. The Rider agrees to follow company guidelines regarding approved delivery bags, uniforms, or branding materials as required by Mr Deliver now or in the future.
5. Policy Updates & Compliance
Mr Deliver reserves the right to update operational policies, equipment requirements, or terms of service in the future. Continued use of the Rider App constitutes agreement to any updated guidelines.
6. Termination & Account Suspension
Mr Deliver reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Rider's account in cases of fraudulent activity, severe customer complaints, damaged goods, or illegal conduct. The Rider may stop providing delivery services at any time.
7. Digital Acceptance
By checking the box and clicking "Agree & Continue", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Rider Onboarding Terms.
8. Weekly Payout Settlement
All delivery earnings from digital/online payment orders will be processed and transferred to the Rider's registered bank or wallet account within 7 days (1 week) of submitting a withdrawal request.
