1. Zero Commission Guarantee
Mr Deliver guarantees 0% commission on all food sales. The Merchant keeps 100% of its food menu prices.
2. Logistics & Delivery Service
Mr Deliver operates solely as a digital platform and logistics provider. Delivery fees are charged directly to the customer and do not affect the Merchant's food revenue.
3. Price Parity
The Merchant agrees to display standard dine-in and takeaway prices on the platform without unauthorized markups.
4. Food Quality, Hygiene & PFA Compliance
The Merchant is solely responsible for food preparation, freshness, quality, safe packaging, and compliance with Punjab Food Authority (PFA) standards. Mr Deliver is not liable for health issues or food quality complaints arising from the Merchant's food.
5. Free Exit & Account Deletion
The Merchant may opt-out or terminate this agreement at any time by requesting account deletion or deleting their account via the Merchant Panel without any fine, fee, or penalty.
6. Pending Liabilities
Account deletion or termination does not absolve the Merchant of prior liabilities related to pending customer claims, refunds, or food safety investigations initiated prior to account deletion.
7. Digital Acceptance
By checking the box and clicking "Agree & Continue", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and legally accepted these Onboarding Terms.
8. Weekly Payout Settlement
All earnings from digital/online payment orders will be processed and transferred to the Merchant's registered bank or wallet account within 7 days (1 week) of submitting a withdrawal request.
