Mr Deliver - Terms of Service
1. Accurate Details
Please provide accurate delivery address and contact details to ensure smooth order delivery.
2. Digital Payments
All payments must be completed online during checkout. Orders are confirmed once accepted by the restaurant.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Once an order is accepted and being prepared by the merchant, cancellations and refunds are not permitted, except in cases of order non-delivery verified by Mr Deliver.
4. Food Quality & Hygiene
Food preparation, quality, quantity, packaging, and Punjab Food Authority (PFA) compliance are the sole responsibility of the merchant. Mr Deliver is not liable for food quality or health complaints.
5. Delivery & Delays
Estimated delivery times are approximations. Delays due to traffic, severe weather, or unforeseen events do not entitle the customer to automated refunds.
6. Platform Role
Mr Deliver operates solely as an intermediary digital platform connecting customers with independent merchants and third-party delivery riders.
7. Respectful Interaction
Customers agree to treat delivery partners and support staff with courtesy and respect.
